About this cottage rental

Lying on the outskirts of the thriving seaside resort of Cromer, this beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished holiday home makes a fabulous hideaway for up to seven guests discovering a gorgeous corner of the Norfolk coastline. The beautiful sandy beach is just a 500-metre stroll along the Esplanade, with the historic Cromer Pier just half a mile east. The 150-metre pier is home to the popular Pavilion Theatre, as well as a friendly bar and bistro. Exploring Cromer, you will have a choice of great pubs, restaurants, shops and cafes, with fantastic attractions including the Amazona Zoo, the Royal Cromer Golf Club and Warren Wood. Cromer is a perfect stop along the idyllic Norfolk Coast Path, leading to the tranquil beaches at Weybourne, Sheringham and Mundesley, all within 8 miles. Other local landmarks include the Muckleburgh Military Collection, Baconsthorpe Castle and Felbrigg Hall and Gardens, all within 9 miles.

Entering this charming retreat via the porch, the welcoming hallway leads through to the snug and inviting lounge with an elegant wood burner-effect electric fire and ample seating. Elsewhere, the bright and airy dining room features a handsome central dining table alongside a traditional wood burner and Smart TV, with a step leading up into the sleek, fully equipped and beautifully designed kitchen. The ground floor also has a handy boot room and a cloakroom/WC. Heading upstairs, the first floor features a refreshing bathroom and the first three of the property's four bright and cosy bedrooms: a charming single with sea views, a lovely bunk bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and a stylish king-size room with a TV, armchairs and views out to sea. Stairs then lead up and into the final bedroom, which occupies the second floor – a snug king-size room with a TV, low sloping ceilings, an en-suite shower room and tranquil sea views.

Stepping outside, the front garden is coastal-themed with shingle and a handy bench. The back garden has further shingle and a large decked area with outdoor furniture, offering a peaceful spot for dining alfresco on a sunny summer afternoon. Private parking is available for two cars on the drive at the rear of the property.
