A lovely escape for families or friends, this elegant modern house has everything you’ll need to enjoy your holiday, from morning coffee in the pretty garden to relaxing with a movie on the Smart TV. A great location means you’re close to everything Sheringham has to offer, including shops, pubs, places to eat, the beach and even a steam train.
Set over two storeys, this lovely brick house has a timeless, chic style and has been carefully designed as a restful holiday getaway. The lounge/diner is bathed in light from a huge set of sliding doors, and offers comfortable seating around a Smart TV and DVD – ideal for relaxing evenings at home. Step through the arch to the dining area to find a large table seating six. In the kitchen, everything is on hand to make holiday cooking easy and convenient, including a microwave and a dishwasher. From the first floor, you can enjoy sea glimpses, and here you’ll find a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower and Smart TV, plus two twin rooms which share a family bathroom. In the enclosed garden you can watch the little ones play on the lawn as you enjoy al fresco meals and drinks on the patio. Anyone bringing bikes can store them safely in the garden shed.
The cottage is 0.5 miles from Sheringham’s family-friendly beach, where you can paddle among the rock pools, hire a beach hut and stroll along the promenade. Explore the town’s cafes, tearooms, shops and museum, wander to the National Trust’s Sheringham Park, 1.5 miles, or play a round at the 18-hole golf club, 1 mile. Hop on the steam train and puff along to Holt, 7.5 miles, or take a boat trip from Morston Quay, 11 miles, to see the seals at Blakeney Point.
