It also sits in wider shared grounds, with a gym and lake with a rowing boat. Oxburgh is known for its exquisite National Trust hall, less than 1 mile away, and its proximity to splendid Thetford Forest, 7 miles away.
Return from each excursion to head into the kitchen/diner to unpack your fresh Norfolk produce and start preparing the next culinary delight. Open a bottle of wine and chat at the breakfast bar as lunch or dinner roasts in the oven. Dine in here too or out in the sunshine on fine summer days. While away your evenings together in the inviting lounge. Lay a fire in the wood burner during the autumn and winter months and stoke it up so it crackles as you play a game or watch the Smart TV. When you are ready to head off to your bed for the night, there are two rooms to choose from here.
