Within easy reach of King’s Lynn, Swaffham and the royal estate at Sandringham, this light-filled holiday home is a wonderful base for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers exploring the area’s idyllic countryside.
Entering this welcoming hideaway, the heart of the property is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The conservatory-style lounge is perfect for relaxing in the evenings with a movie on the large smart TV, and everyone can get together for a celebratory meal around the central dining table. The stylishly arranged kitchen is perfect for rustling up your favourite dishes. Exploring this cheerful lodge further, you will find an invigorating shower room and a bathroom, along with five beautifully decorated bedrooms: a pretty double, a charming twin, a cosy en-suite double, and two relaxing triple rooms: one with three single beds, the other with a King size bed plus an additional single bed and an en-suite shower room. Completing the house is the private sauna room. Outside, the large enclosed decked area has plenty of outdoor furniture, making a great spot for al fresco dining or taking a dip in the bubbling hot tub. The surrounding lawn leads down to the edge of the lake.
The lodge is surrounded by the tranquil Pentney Lakes, with opportunities for water sports and fishing. The historic town of King’s Lynn (10 miles) has some friendly pubs, restaurants and cafes, with other local attractions including the Sandringham Estate, the Oxburgh Estate and Houghton Hall and Gardens, all within 17 miles.
