Join friends and family for a memorable getaway in this spacious period property in the village of Methwold. The property is nestled within the beautiful Norfolk countryside, and you’ll find plenty of scenic walking and cycling routes to explore in the immediate area. Nearby family days out include the Sandringham Estate (24 miles) and Thetford Forest (5 miles). In the evenings, enjoy a movie night in one of the two lounge areas, or share a family BBQ on the patio.
The detached Georgian home boasts high ceilings, large windows, and a myriad of characterful original features. The property has been beautifully decorated and styled, with statement furniture and a bold colour palette. Enjoy a stroll around the town, perhaps following one of the self-guided trails to visit some of the historic buildings and landmarks. Bury St Edmunds has a real cafe culture throughout the summer, and has an excellent array of independent eateries. For a day at the coast, journey to the Victorian resort of Hunstanton (just over 30 miles), with its sandy beach and traditional seaside attractions.
