This complex of properties is a small collection of holiday homes. These lovingly converted barns are made up of three lovely properties, and with accommodation for up to twelve guests, this is the ideal base for couples, large groups or families. Based around a large, pretty and welcoming courtyard, guests can enjoy alfresco dining, drinking with friends, or just relaxing and watching the sun go down after a busy day exploring this beautiful part of Suffolk. Escape to the countryside with your favourite people.


There are two properties accommodating two and six guests and one for a group of four, and each home boasts a kitchen, living and dining area so there is plenty of space for everyone. All three cottages have fully fitted kitchens and dining tables seating the number of guests staying. The living room areas have Smart TVs with streaming services and comfortable sofas for taking a load off after an eventful day exploring Suffolk. The bedrooms consist of 2 x double and 4 x king-size (2 of which can be made into twin beds) The smaller cottages have wet rooms with showers and the larger cottage has a shower room. Outside, there’s ample space in the courtyard where there’s seating and tables for everyone.


There is also an abundance of footpaths within walking distance, as well as Melford Hall, Lavenham Guildhall and Gainsborough House all within 4 miles. Great Waldingfield is a pretty little village boasting a traditional village inn and a small convenience store. Nearby are some excellent pubs, restaurants and shops to peruse during your stay. This is an excellent base for walkers, dog lovers, festival goers or people looking to get away from it all.
