Follow the steps up to the house and let yourselves into the stunning open-plan living room/diner. Take in the original character of the exposed brickwork and ceiling beams as you relax on the comfy sofas and pop a film on the TV. Your head chef will certainly enjoy the mod cons of the contemporary kitchen and sip on a coffee from the handy Tassimo machine as they go. Come together for bountiful meals around the elegantly laid table, and chat well into the night, highlighting the best bits about your day. The night doesn't end there, though. A dip in the hot tub is the perfect way to savour the last moments with your guests before deciding on one of the three tastefully decorated bedrooms; a twin room and two king-size bedrooms. The enclosed garden space is an idyllic start to any morning. Spend lazy mornings lounging in the meticulously landscaped grounds, perhaps under the shade of a mature tree, or cooking up fanciful breakfasts on the helpful BBQ.
Holt (less than 1 mile away) is an eclectic Georgian town with boutique shops, antique shops, traditional village pubs and plenty of restaurants to take your fancy. Stock up with ingredients from the tucked-away shops in the charming courtyards, or head to one of the department stores. A stay in Holt would only be complete with a visit to the woodland wonderland walks of Holt Country Park (less than 1 mile away). 7 miles away in the car takes you to Morston Quay, where a ferry ride can take you over to Blakeney Harbour, where you can spot a colony of grey seals along the way.

1 dog allowed per booking. Please enquire if you wish to bring more than 1 dog
- 3 bedrooms – 1 twin bedroom and 2 king-size bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms – 1 small downstairs bathroom with small bath, walk-in shower and WC and 1 upstairs bathroom with shower and WC
- Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, coffee machine
- Welcome tray included
- There is a stairgate at the bottom of the stairs, a stairgate for the top can be requested along with a highchair.
- Wood burner with starter pack of logs in the cooler months
- Private, enclosed courtyard garden with private hot tub
- Private parking for 1 car – public pay and display car park nearby
- Beach 4 miles, pub and shops less than 0.5 miles
- Please note due to the nature of the property, the stairs are very steep and not suitable for people with limited mobility
