A shared entrance hall has a lift taking you up to this beautiful second-floor apartment. Inside, you will find the spacious, elegantly furnished open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With light streaming in, the lounge is a perfect spot to sit back and unwind, with glass doors opening onto the main balcony overlooking the beach with views out to sea. There’s a stylish dining area to the side of the lounge, with a sleek, fully equipped kitchen to the rear, complete with an additional breakfast bar. The apartment also features a refreshing bathroom and three charming bedrooms, each with a TV: a cheerful king-size room, a delightful super-king-size (which can be converted into two singles upon request) which opens onto a side balcony overlooking the beach, and a lovely king-size room with an en-suite shower room and a door onto the balcony. Outside, the apartments have a shared garden with a handy tap for washing beach equipment.
A private footpath leads from the development down onto the beach, a popular spot for sunbathing, swimming and rock pooling, with a choice of fabulous restaurants just metres away. The South West Coast Path passes nearby, perfect for walkers and nature lovers exploring this spellbinding region. Local attractions include St Agnes Head, The ATV Centre, Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm, Llama Land and Lappa Valley, all within 7.5 miles.

- 2 bathrooms – 1 bathroom with shower over the bath and WC, and 1 en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and WC
- Kitchen with Bosch appliances including induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, wine cooler
- Utility cupboard in the hallway with washer/dryer

- Travel cot and highchair available upon request (please bring own cot bedding)
