Treat yourself to a tranquil getaway at this three-bed, contemporary single storey barn conversion on a farm near the sea in Suffolk. Take your four-legged friends to meet the animals while exploring your surroundings and enjoy long walks from your front door. Host a garden party and fire up the BBQ after a day of discovering the nearby beaches and nature reserves in the Suffolk Coast & Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Enter the property through the glass French doors and step into the open-plan living space with neutral tones and contemporary decor. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas which surround a wood burner and TV. Cook a special meal for your loved ones in the stylish ‘U’-shaped kitchen with blue tones and sparkling surface tops. Tuck in at the wooden dining table with seating for six. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms – these consist of a king-size, super-king-size zip and link and a twin room. Outside is a patio with furniture, a BBQ and a grassy area.
During your stay in the Suffolk countryside, you’ll be surrounded by nature and wildlife with plenty of hiking trails to discover. The riverside town of Beccles is just 2.5 miles away – which is full of small market squares with a selection of restaurants and shops. Set off on a day trip to The Broads National Park (3.5 miles) for hiking along the waterways and wildlife-watching opportunities. The sandy, dune-backed Pakefield Beach is 10.5 miles away and allows four-legged friends all year round – from here you can hike along the coastal path.
