Victoria Sands is a luxury two bedroom new property located a short walk from the beach and town. This beautiful property is all on the ground floor and benefits from a fabulous patio area with table and chairs to enjoy the alfresco evenings.

The two bedrooms are beautifully presented and well furnished, with luxury mattresses , alongside a modern newly decorated family bathroom with separate shower.


Victoria Sands is a stylish holiday home for friends and family to make their home during their stay. Spend your holiday enjoying all that Swanage has to offer with a beautiful sandy beach, rock pools by the Victorian pier and plenty of places to enjoy a local ice cream after a day at the beach! The high street is varied and vibrant and has many places to eat and drink - from cafes, pubs and restaurants to the traditional seaside fare of fish and chips. If you wish to venture further afield you can hop on the steam train which runs from April and September to the historic ruin and town of Corfe Castle.

Outside: Patio area with plants, privacy trellis and table and chairs to seat 4. Includes an array of plants and lighting for evening.


Parking: Allocated parking space for one car at the back of the flat accessed via the service road.
