About this cottage rental

Sea View Villa is a wonderfully spacious Victorian house set over 4 floors with lots of history and character. Recently refurbished to a high standard, this lovely, well equipped property offers flexible accommodation with the benefit of two sitting rooms and a large kitchen and breakfast room – perfect for those large family get togethers!


It is conveniently located in the old part of Swanage, with commanding views across Purbeck and to the sea. An easy 10-minute walk takes you to the quaint town with its blend of shops, cafes and attractions that will delight children and adults alike. The superb sandy beach and Victorian pier are perfect for families, with the more adventurous having easy access to the superb Jurassic Coast.


Take a trip on the Swanage Steam Railway and visit the ruined castle at Corfe Castle - a beautiful quaint Purbeck village where all the family can spend a day exploring!


Bedrooms: 1st floor 1) king-size bed, 2) Super king-size bed with sea views, 2nd floor 3) one twin with slight reduced headroom, 4) one twin with slight reduced headroom and sea views


Bathroom- 1st floor: Family shower room on 1st floor with double walk in shower, w.c. and basin


Shower Room - 2nd Floor: with walk in shower, basin and w.c.


Separate WC - on first floor next to family shower room.


Kitchen/Breakfast room: in basement, very large area, kitchen has two side by side electric eye level ovens with large electric hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, plus large table and seating for eight. Doors leading out to rear decked garden.

Lounge: a large, bright, spacious and comfortable room with fireplace and views across Purbeck and the sea
