Step inside and you’ll be greeted by a welcoming hallway and to the left you find the bright and airy lounge/kitchen/diner to the left. Bathed in natural light and thoughtfully decorated, take a moment to make yourself at home before rustling up some dinner for your loved ones in the sleek kitchen. Get everyone together to eat at the stylish four-seater table in the dining area and then make a beeline for the sofa to catch up on your favourite TV shows. At the end of the day, you’ll find two beautifully styled bedrooms waiting for you. The first features a king-size bed, while the second is a lovely twin room. A stylish shower room with a WC is also on the ground floor. Follow the narrow staircase up to the mezzanine-style snug on the first floor, where the sofa bed and bean bags make a great hangout spot for younger family members, or take a soak in the contemporary family bathroom next door. Due to the setting within the eaves, there are some areas of restricted head height on the first floor, which adds to the charm of the property.
Head through the doors from the kitchen/living/dining room and you’ll find a lovely, private garden – the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine. Light the charcoal BBQ and relax while the kids play freely in the enclosed space. A handy storage area at the side of the property is perfect for bikes and water sports equipment. Off-road parking is available for a large car or two small cars.
