Villa Alborella is a bright four-story villa situated on a promontory facing the lake. It sleeps six people. From Villa Alborella you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the lake Maggiore. Villa Alborella is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 650 meters (715 yards) from Oggebbio, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 750 meters (820 yards), the bus stop at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile) and the closest beach (Oggebbio beach) at 1.3 km (roughly 0.8 miles).
You will reach Villa Alborella from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Alborella, you will need a car or private drivers. You will be able to park your car on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

You will reach the garden from the patio going down approximately eight stairway steps. The garden is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees and by palms. The garden is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with a table and two sun umbrellas. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the lake.
Ground FloorPatio
The patio is 55 square meters (590 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by a retractable awning. It is equipped with two armchairs and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the lake and of the greenery.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are bright and agreeable, and include three sofas and three armchairs. There is a fireplace made of glass, for decorative purposes only. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
Laundry room
