This Lake Maggiore 3 bed villa with pool is located on the border between the town of Brebbia and Ispra, just a few minutes from the beaches of Lake Maggiore and Lake Monate. It is a delightful country villa with swimming pool and fully fenced private garden, making the perfect base for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The Space:
This Lake Maggiore 3 bed villa with pool measures approximately 250 square metres and can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It is laid out over two floors.
On the ground floor of this Lake Maggiore 3 bed villa with pool, there is a large living area furnished with comfortable seating. A tiled stove is positioned in a cosy reading corner. For those staying in the Winter months, there is a wooden stove and pellet fireplace. There is a separate dining room with wooden table and chairs which leads through to a kitchen. Finally, there is a bathroom on this floor with 'his and her' sinks, shower and WC. A separate laundry room houses a washing machine.
The style throughout is traditional and there are many original features including original terracotta flooring, exposed beams and antique furnishings. Many of the ceilings are double height, creating a real sense of openness and space to this downstairs area.
