It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms and two shower rooms. There is a garden of around 5,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A 35 m² living room with sofa, armchairs and TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 × 190).
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 × 190).
- Shower room.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140 × 190).
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160 × 200) and single bed (90 × 190).
- Bathroom with shower.
- Separate WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden.
- A 20m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally situated in Quimper, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (outside parking for a maximum of 4 to 5 vehicles).
