About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 180 m² house with jacuzzi in Poilley to rent for up to 10 people.
It comprises an attractive 90 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 5,000 m². With fibre-optic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV and sofas
- A 45 m² living room with a dining area, a fireplace (wood not provided) and a fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190)
- Bedroom 4: with three single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom (with bath)
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 6 people and is available all year round
- A beautiful, private, partially enclosed garden of 5,000 m² and a south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is located in Poilley, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Close to nature: forest walks, footpaths and wooded gardens to relax in.
- Various activities less than 30 minutes away: Bois Guy golf course (10 min), Château de Fougères (15 min), Rocher Portail (20 min), Mont-Saint-Michel (30 min), Rennes (40 min).
- Peace and privacy: the area is quiet, perfect for a relaxing break or private events.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 5 spaces).

- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 69 km away
