“Anglo-Norman”-inspired house from 1920, to be renovated in 2022. This 120m2 family home, located in the heart of a 1400m2 walled garden, will seduce you with its exceptional view of the sea and the beaches. from Donville, Bréville and Coudeville sur Mer. The property is 3 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the shops. Granville train station is 10 minutes away by car. The house overlooks Donville beach, its seawater swimming pool and the Prévital thalassotherapy centre.
The house is composed of a new fitted kitchen of 12m2 with gas cooking range and 2 ovens, a microwave, fridge equipped with a small freezer compartment and a dishwasher. Small household appliances are available: toaster, pastry robot and universal Nespresso compatible capsule machine. The dining room can accommodate 10 people at the table. The living room, which is the place of healing, is not equipped with a television but offers you a permanent spectacle of changing colors of the sea and the sky... let yourself be transported.
