About this house rental
Our new Bach build just finished in April 2026 and you could be among the first to book it.
It features 3 rooms + 2 showers + 2 toilets + 1 Italian bath and a spacious open living area and Deck.
The space
The property has all day sun and features 3 rooms + 2 showers with a monsoon showerhead + 2 toilets + 1 Italian Bath and a spacious open living area and Deck with an outdoor shower purely to rinse yourself off after a swim.
We are 10 minutes walk from Langs Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in New Zealand and a 5 minute drive from Waipu Cove.
Key features:
- Kitchen Island + Butlers pantry.
- Large Fisher and Paykel double door fridge/freezer with ice maker.
- Sonos Sound system
- Projector screen + TV
- Dishwasher + Gas stove + Oven
- Enormous couch called the "Netflix Couch" from Amsterdam, you could sleep two small people easily.

- Desk + Monitor, supply your own laptop.
Notes:
- The house is finished but the landscaping is still a work in progress and unfinished.
- The bedroom with the cot will also have a Bunk bed with a double lower bed and single top bunk and will be ready on the guests arrival.
- The couch is enormous and could serve as another bed for 1 person.
-Property has a steep driveway, so approach with caution and slowly.
