The Space:
The home is a quintessential cabin-style cottage directly across from the HoliMont main entrance. The natural wood interior and cathedral lines give the place a warm, lodge feel, while the layout offers more space than you would expect from a two bedroom.
You enter through a mudroom with a closet and hooks for ski gear. The main floor opens to a living room that seats six with a large LG Roku TV, and a dining area for six. The kitchen has a gas stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker and a Nespresso machine. A large coffee table is great for board games or puzzles.
The bunk room is set up for fun and quiet nights. It has a queen-over-queen bunk, a dedicated gas fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower and a heated floor. The second bedroom has a king bed and a Sharp TV with DVD player. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and laundry sits on the same level.
Two spiral staircases lead to two distinct loft spaces. The fitness loft, off the king bedroom, has a NordicTrack bike, treadmill, weights, and a couch. The kids loft, off the living room, has another LG TV, beanbag seating, and remote-controlled starry night lighting on the ceiling for movie or sleep time.
Out back, a private deck with a picnic table for four, benches, and a gas grill overlooks the creek that runs right behind the property.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home. Check-in is self-service via a Schlage smart lock so there's no key exchange needed.

The home sits directly across from the HoliMont main entrance, putting lift access just a short walk away in winter. Ellicottville Village is only a few minutes drive for dinner, drinks, and shopping, and Holiday Valley is also close by.
The property fronts Route 242 with a creek running directly behind the back deck. The road frontage means some traffic noise is possible, especially during peak hours, but the creek-side rear of the home stays quieter.
Getting Around:
The home sits directly across from HoliMont and just a few minutes from the village. A car is recommended for getting around the area outside of HoliMont. Ride shares may be available on weekends and holiday weeks, but availability is not guaranteed.
