Seafront house built in 2015 on the Côte de Nacre, between Courseulles-sur-Mer and Ouistreham. Exceptional location on the dike, walk to Saint Aubin and Luc, mini-golf, casinos, or thalasso. Discover the Normandy coast in this family-friendly village with a sailing club, tennis courts, and a playground for the little ones. Children can build sandcastles, make pools for their boats, or cycle easily. North-south exposure, 2.80 m wide parking space, large bay windows, terrace, and lawns opening onto the promenade with direct access to the sea. Sandy beach, high and low tide offering a vast playground for children, with all essentials in the beach cabin.



While strolling, explore Lion-sur-Mer and Hermanville-sur-Mer to the east, and to the west Bernières-sur-Mer, the port of Courseulles-sur-Mer where fishermen sell fresh fish and oysters, and Pleine Mer d'Asnelles. Historic region: William the Conqueror (Dives-sur-Mer, Falaise, Caen), D-Day beaches and sites within 30 minutes, then Honfleur, Cherbourg, and La Cité de la Mer (museum). Cabourg with its promenade and Deauville for luxury and boardwalks. Anglo-Norman coast, beautiful seafront houses in Trouville-sur-Mer, Villers-sur-Mer (dinosaur museum), Houlgate for its Blue Green Golf before Dives-sur-Mer marina.



D-Day beaches between JUNO and SWORD, Riva bunker, Pegasus Bridge, Juno Beach Centre (Canada), and especially the Arromanches artificial harbor! Religious buildings and Caen (churches, abbeys, castle), William in Bayeux, its cathedral among stately homes, the Tapestry, a world heritage.
