We are building houses on the adjacent plot; the structural work is complete and will not prevent you from fully enjoying the house and its garden. On the ground floor, there is an apartment currently rented for a baby massage business.

A large, fully equipped kitchen opening onto a long balcony, a spacious living and dining room. A fireplace that is not in use for your safety. Three bedrooms, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Completely renovated, with new furniture and bedding. Reversible air conditioning. Also on the ground floor, with independent access, is an apartment rented to professionals, which does not cause any disturbance. In the courtyard, there is a former enclosed summer kitchen that is not included in the rental.
Guest Access:
Shared access with the ground-floor apartment. At the end of the cul-de-sac is the parking area and private garden with independent access. Do not park in front of the house as the ground-floor parking is private. Go to the far end of the courtyard. Key box next to the front door for easy access. Two sets of keys.
The Neighborhood:
Within walking distance of buses and local shops. Town center accessible in less than 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot. Two bakeries right next door.
Getting Around:
