Welcome to The Eastman, nestled in the charming Live Oak neighborhood and the cutest on the street (Permit 261032)! Sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a cozy living room, fully stocked kitchen, and backyard with BBQ and garden. Walk to Twin Lakes Beach and Sunny Cove Beach in about 5 minutes.

Just a short stroll away, you’ll find sandy beaches, vibrant local restaurants, cozy coffee shops, and the harbor where kayaking excursions await.



Spend your Sunday mornings browsing the nearby farmers market, then set out to explore even more. Take a quick drive to scenic state parks, hop aboard the historic trains at Roaring Camp Railroads, or experience the treetop thrills of zip lining at Mount Hermon Adventures.



For a memorable day trip, venture a bit farther to the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium or the storybook charm of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or exploration, The Eastman is your ideal home base for experiencing the very best of the Central Coast.

- Outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM

Guests will have access to the entire home, except the shed in the backyard which is reserved for owner's storage.

This is a very charming, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for large gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. To help maintain a peaceful neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours and respect the home’s maximum occupancy.
