Our home has 3 bedrooms (including a downstairs private master bedroom suite with full bathroom, kitchenette and private access to outdoor patio and hot tub), 2 full baths. This home away from home has it all: leather sectional, 65" SONY Ultra HD 4K TV, with ROKU to control SONOs sound bar/TV, fully equipped kitchen with waffle maker, rice cooker and coffee grinder, a kitchenette in the master bedroom suite, spacious living/dining room with stereo with iPod connection, cable TV, DVD/VCR and gas fireplace and landscaped private patio area, with HOT TUB. There is a 6 burner gas grill . Free wireless internet. Wi-Fi. EEROS WIFI repeaters to ensure high performance and internet access throughout the house and patios.
In addition, you will find a garage full of surfboards, bikes (6 adult - 2 child), beach chairs, boogie boards, towells, beach wagon and sand toys for your fun in the sun. Feel free to use our SURFBOARDs and wetsuits!
Park your car here for a week and never drive again as a plethora of shops and restaurants as well as bike and walking trails are steps away.
Of course, you can walk to world class surfing and then retreat to your outdoor shower and toasty hot tub in private garden!

Downstairs Master Suite, with large granite counter kitchenette. In suite bathroom. Access to garden patio and hot tub.
Upstairs: 65' SONY Ultra HD 4K TV with DVR, SONOs sound bar and ROKU to manage your Apps and favorite stations.
Upstairs Bedroom #2, with a sliding glass doors to sunny deck, has one queen sized bed.
Upstairs Bedroom #3 features a trundle bed (2 small twins), surf themed comforters, a large window. Best for children.
The two guest bedrooms share a full bath which includes tub/shower, towels, and bath amenities.
LIVING AREA
The kitchen with easy access to sunny deck with BBQs and outdoor sitting area.
Large capacity new dishwasher and microwave, fully stocked with pans, cutlery, many kitchen appliance sand dishes, as well as condiments. Soaps included.
The dining area accommodates seating for up to 6 people.
The spacious living room is appointed with casual seating (leather sectional) for viewing the 65" Ultra HD TV and SONOs sound bar. The couch is a sofa bed. Plenty of room for the entire family.
Garage is stocked with full size washer and dryer. Detergent is included. Garage is full of surf boards, boogies, bikes, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, scooters, etc.
PATIOS
Enjoy the sunny back patio, surrounded by tropical garden that includes sitting area and hot tub.
The private back deck is set up for with two BBQs and sitting area with peeks to the Pacific Ocean. Patio seating for 6-8 with table and supplemental chairs.
ACTIVITIES
The main attraction, is of course the beach, and the house is only a half a block away. Surf, relax and play in the sand, boogie board, play beach volleyball and enjoy fabulous sunsets. Have a bonfire in the sand!
Bike ride along East Cliff Drive or hike in the Santa Cruz hills; there is something for everyone!

Short family stay. We used bikes, surf boards, hot tub and walked to beach. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Accurate listing. Would stay again.

This property was terrific and Steve was a pleasure to work with. We stayed in California for a week and our stay at this property was our most relaxing by far. A short walk to multiple beaches where we watched surfers and took in the sunsets. Cool neighborhood with a very nice vibe. Great coffee and burrito shop a few blocks away with great food and java. The top floor of this home really makes it special, full of light and with views over most of the surrounding houses. And our teens loved the hot tub.
