- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A lovely 399 m² atypical garden with petanque area
The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
