Cocoonr agency offers this 120 m² house for rent in Bénodet, 200 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 people. It comprises a 39 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 269 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- 39 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower

- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedrooms 3 and 4: two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC
- Bathroom with shower
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair (for children under 2).
Outside:
- 270 m² enclosed garden
- A 25 m² north-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
The house is ideally located in Bénodet, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
