Lakeview Home with two balconies lots of space for family, fun and adventure

Welcome to our home ! When you enter into the lobby, you will first see the high ceilings that lead up to the third floor . Start by walking up the stairs to the second floor, where you will see a large balcony where you can cosy up and read a book as you look out onto the lake, you will also find the laundry room and our first bedroom, You will also find the laundry room and your own full bathroom.
From there you will continue up the stairs to our third level where you will find a bedroom to the right looking out into our large fenced yard and its own full bathroom. As you move through the hallway, you will find the master bedroom with a large walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a sunken bathtub and shower. From there, you will walk into a large kitchen area with plenty of counter space with a fridge and stove , dishwasher to help make your favourite family dinners. As you walk out the kitchen., you will see an eating area and some stools that your family can gather around. Also, you will find the second balcony looking out to the lake where you can barbecue or sit out in the evenings and enjoy looking at the stars. Through the French doors you will see our living room with large windows looking out to the lake and a fireplace and lots of space to have your family games tonight or watch a movie with popcorn
You will also find a dining area where you can have your whole family gather around for that special meal time . The living room and dining area wraps back around into the kitchen. Our home has high ceilings and a ceiling fan
Across the street is our boardwalk where you can walk along the lake and enjoy the sun and the quiet peacefulness. You can also go for a quick swim or do some paddle boarding right on the lake. There are lots of surrounding parks and hiking areas, such as Thetis Lake or Goldstream Park.You can also take a drive down to the beach area or go bowling or rock climbing there is so much to do in this community. Also, you will find lots of markets and shopping areas , movie theatres , and Costco close by. This is a place where you can unwind relax and just shut the world out surrounded by water, forest, and an adventure.
