The location is perfect for easy access to the sea, neighborhood amenities, and the city center, while enjoying a relaxing, residential atmosphere.
The apartment opens onto a hallway that divides the living room furnished with a double sofa bed, the separate kitchen furnished with a dining table, and the bedroom with a queen-size bed and large wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet completes the layout.
