Cocoonr is offering this charming 39 m² apartment for rent in the town of Erquy, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to six guests.
Located on the first floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 21 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Two bedrooms with 1 sofa bed and 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally situated in Erquy, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
