The sleeping area is located in a wooden loft bedroom, creating a warm and cosy ambience, while the main level features an open-plan living and dining space with a kitchenette, allowing guests to enjoy the sweeping caldera views throughout the day. The private balcony, positioned directly above the cliff edge, is the defining feature of Villa Kalyra and provides an exceptional setting for morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking the Aegean Sea.
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle and coffee machine, making it suitable for light meal preparation. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, towels and linen, while the living area offers comfortable seating, air conditioning, heating and a flat-screen television.
