Located in Lormes, Le Prieuré de Sonne is a spacious 16th-century country house of 300 m², fully renovated while retaining its original charm. The property accommodates up to 11 guests with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will have a private, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dryer, washing machine, underfloor heating, and heated towel rails in the bathrooms, as well as step-free access throughout the house.
Outside, enjoy absolute tranquility in your private garden and on the open terrace, set back from the road and not overlooked. A private barbecue is available for your outdoor meals and relaxation.
The property offers 4 shared parking spaces on site, accessible via a private road. Up to 3 pets are welcome, and events are allowed both inside and at the rear of the house, with no curfew and the option to invite friends. Other amenities include self check-in, shared sports equipment, shared games and books for children, and a baby cot available on request.
The hamlet of Sonne provides easy access to Lormes and its shops, as well as to Lake Chaumeçon for various water activities.
Bed linen and towels are provided for stays of one week or longer. For shorter stays, they are available for an extra fee. Cleaning must be done by guests; otherwise, a fee will be charged.
