Longère of 350 square meters located in the park of Morvan in 5mn of the center of the village on a ground of 3 hectares sported, terrace, lawn, parking, heated private swimming pool open from the beginning of May to the end of September. Small river in the field (fishing card by the day).
Ground floor: Entrance with dining room, large dining table and oak buffets and large fully equipped kitchen, separated by a bar. The whole on 50 square meters. . Living room with open fireplace, leather sofa and chairs, rattan sofa and chairs, coffee table, desk stereo, Orange TV, DVD, internet area with sofa bed all on 50 square meters also.
1 large bedroom with double bed with private bathroom, direct access to the terrace not overlooked. Laundry with freezer, 2nd fridge, washing machine, dryer. toilet.
Relaxation area: Jacuzzi ç places, sauna, walk-in shower, all on 50 sqm.
UPSTAIRS: large games room with table football, billiards, 1 sofa with chaise. Another game room with sofa bed and 2 single beds, board games and toys for children.
4 bedrooms of 13 M2 with double beds and a bathroom with tub shower and separate toilet.
1 cot and high chair.
The house is ideal for relaxation, rest and vacation with family and friends.

Un très chouette séjour dans un cadre idyllique !
Ana est très disponible et agréable, la maison est même encore plus incroyable que sur les photos et dans la description ! Nous recommandons tous vivement ce lieu pour se réunir entre amis ou en famille d'autant plus que la maison est très bien équipée pour un grand groupe !

Maison très propre et appropriée pour passer un excellent séjour en famille dans un village charmant.
Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux. Nous avons apprécié l espace bien être en ce début d hiver.

La maison est très confortable, très bien équipée pour les groupes nombreux, clé en mains pour les plus petits comme les plus grands, bien chauffée également. Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant et agréable. Idéal sur un long week-end, il y a largement de quoi s'occuper et s'amuser entre le terrain de pétanque, billard, babyfoot, jeux, jaccuzzi immense, sauna etc. La propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeante. Nous recommandons.

The house is extremely well equipped with plenty of facilities such as WiFi, pool table, jacuzzi, steam room to name a few. The kitchen is also well stocked to cater for larger groups. Luzy and the surrounding areas are very quiet but this did not detract from the holiday as we came to relax and enjoy the property and lovely weather.
What did detract for us is that some of the promotional pictures are old and do not fully represent the property as it is now. An example of this being the swimming pool now has a full length semi permanent enclosed cover. Half of this can be slid back but this means the other half of the pool remains covered. To remove this in its entirety is not a five minute job, it is heavy and is the last thing you want to be doing when on holiday, and we were advised by the owner not to! We found this to be a real let down as the swimming pool is the priority item we look for when selecting a house. The water level in the pool was around 10cm lower than it should be.
Another example is a second holiday home has been built within approximately 30 metres of this house. Whilst it has a high fence you do hear the noise from the occupants of this property which again is not ideal if you are looking for seclusion and the quietness of the French countryside.
Finally, if you were travelling as a large group you would need to be quite close as there are only 2 small stand alone toilets in the property. There are two separate bathrooms (without toilets) however one of these is the ensuite to the main bedroom on the ground floor. There is an additional shower in the jacuzzi room however this is predominantly for using the jacuzzi and steam room.
