The ground level of the maisonette hosts a welcoming living room furnished in a spacious, simple, and cosy style, complete with a dining table and a kitchen and living area equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level. Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor contains 2 bedrooms, each appointed with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A full bath and WC serve the upper floor. The property also benefits from a south-facing balcony and a large terrace with both south-facing and west-facing orientations, offering very beautiful views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.
