About this villa rental

Located in Saint-Germain-sur-Ay, this charming 135 sqm villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, along with Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, dryer, and dedicated workspace. Additional amenities include a baby bed, high chair, and shared toys and books for children, making it ideal for families.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden with outdoor furniture and private grill, perfect for relaxing meals. The private uncovered terrace offers a superb view of the coastal conservatory. The villa is peacefully situated along the coastal conservatory and just 450 meters from the beach.
