Family holiday home located on the Cap de la Hague peninsula, between the Goury lighthouse, Ecalgrain Bay, and the unmissable Port Racine. Ideal for couples or families, this two-part house comfortably accommodates 10 + 5 people.
This traditional longère, a former stone farmhouse with a slate roof, has been completely renovated and decorated with the help of our friends on the peninsula. The house offers complete privacy and a rare view of both land and sea from every room.
The house, accommodating a total of 17 people max and two cribs, comprises two separate sections:
* A main house with 10 beds (12 max):
- on the ground floor, large, open-plan rooms with sea views: a kitchen with oak parquet flooring opening onto a large solid wood bar table, a living room with a fireplace, and a dining room with a wood-burning stove;
- upstairs, a total of 3 double bedrooms and 6 single beds.
* A second, separate section, renovated with a warm and inviting atmosphere, featuring:
- an open-plan kitchen, a living room with a 6-seater table and sea views,
- upstairs, 1 double bedroom and 3 single beds, plus 1 crib, ideal for a family.
Two gardens, suitable for different wind and weather conditions. One, with a sea view and exposed to the elements, is a favorite play area for children, perfect for lunches and drinks with friends. The other, sheltered and bathed in sunlight amidst young plantings, offers a more tranquil setting.
The entire property is equipped with fiber optic internet/Wi-Fi.
A grocery store/restaurant is a 5-minute walk from the house, and several other quality restaurants are nearby. It's an ideal location for water sports (fishing, sailing, surfing, kitesurfing, etc.) and long hikes along the coastal path. The beaches of Ecalgrain and Port Racine are suitable for children, with a choice depending on the tides and prevailing wind. For a change of pace, there are also the beaches of Urville or Vauville, and don't miss the unmissable dunes of Biville!
Specific points:
- Minimum rental period;
- Preparation/cleaning fee: €120 (to give in cash at entrance)
- Linens can be provided by the host for €15 per double bed and €10 per single bed;
- A €550 security deposit is required by the platform before arrival and will be returned within 14 days of departure. In the event of damage, loss, or deterioration (beyond normal wear and tear), the tenant's liability insurance may be used as the primary means of compensation.

Très belle maison avec vue incroyable !
accueil et communication parfaite.
Les frais de ménage sont un peu élevés compte tenu des nombreuses toiles d'araignées présentes, et dommage que le mobilier de jardin n'était pas sorti.
sinon c'était vraiment parfait quelle belle région !

Un long WE avec tous nos enfants et leurs compagnes. Un très beau gîte aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Un accueil au top et une grande disponibilité de la personne en charge du gîte.
