One is accessible from the first floor lounge, and the other from the main bedroom downstairs offering outdoor seating for 4 - a perfect spot for enjoying a drink on a summer evening.
The Quadrant is a newly developed apartment complex just beyond the historic city walls. It exudes quality, uniqueness and subtle luxury upon entry.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment building and is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor, it houses both bedrooms, each equipped with its own bathroom.

Being in the centre of York there is no need for a car, and we are a 15-minute walk from York Train Station. However, if you are travelling to us by car we have a permit for the local car park.
