Lovely location
There were a number of cleaning issues . Particular attention needs to be paid to the areas behind the bath and the mirror glass was splotchy and hadn’t been cleaned properly. There was also a drain smell when the kitchen sink was emptied.

It’s location
Not a good bathroom. No proper shower and bath took a very long time to fill.
And dated and unattractive sofa and chair in sitting room. Also no good coffee machine.
