Il Giuncheto is a peaceful retreat nestled among the Umbrian hills, featuring a swimming pool exclusively for guests of the property, where you can enjoy relaxing moments and panoramic views of the gentle rolling hills. Its proximity to the city of Perugia and its airport makes it easy to reach, yet far from the hustle and bustle: ideal for those seeking peace, rest, and an authentic experience in nature.
Within the property there is also a children’s play area (2 swings and a small playhouse), a private pond where swimming is not allowed but fishing is possible (with a license), and 2 barbecues.
Let yourself be guided to discover the hidden treasures of Umbria: from the historic medieval towns of Spello, Spoleto and Todi to natural wonders such as Lake Trasimeno and the Marmore Waterfalls, among the largest in Europe. Note: the owner lives on site. The swimming pool is shared with the other guests of the property. It is open from June 13 to September 19, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. The last 500 meters to reach the property are along an unpaved road.
Shared washing machine available for €10 per wash (service carried out by the property staff).

Studio apartment with private entrance and shared swimming pool, terrace overlooking the property’s private lake. Equipped kitchen and double bed. Table with chairs and a parasol for outdoor dining. The terrace and barbecue are shared with the other guests. Air conditioning is available and one pet is welcome.
The following might be to be paid extra: Late Arrival, Refundable Security Deposit, Tourist tax, Washing Machine.
