Casa Emily is an independent rural village immersed in the wonderful Tuscan landscape , in the Valtiberina Valley, only 2 Km from the medieval town of Anghiari, chosen as “One of the most beautiful town in Italy” and famous for the Leonardo Da Vinci’s lost fresco “La battaglia di Anghiari”.
The farm holiday is family managed and the spot is perfect for those who love nature and privacy.
Rustico Emily ( 90 square feet ) is an appartament at first floor, it composes of one kitchen, one dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Kitchen , with stove, is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer , kettle , italian moka and american coffee machine.
It shares the garden with another appartament of the Rustico (that can accomodate two persons ), where you can find its own table and barbecue.

In the nearby we find Monterchi where the famous masterpiece of Piero della Francesca “ La Madonna del parto”can be found, Caprese Michelangelo where the great Michelangelo Buonarroti was born, Sansepolcro and Città di Castello. Not so far , Arezzo, Cortona, Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi.
Distances: 24 km Arezzo, Sansepolcro 8 km, 80 km Perugia, Sant'Egidio Airport 73 km,
Cortona 48 km, Florence 80 km, Ereoporto Rome Fiumicino 270 km.

A huge apartment, with all the home comforts, in a stunning rural setting. It would benefit from fans in the bedrooms, which did get very hot, but everything else was amazing.

Emilia's place was everything we hoped it would be and more. We spent literally weeks looking on VRBO&AIRBNB for just the right place to stay near Arezzo- when we saw Emilia's house we were sure it would be perfect. And it was! We were in Anghiari for just a few days to see the region's Piero della Francesca frescoes and to get some time away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. We would have loved to stay longer, and even now I am dreaming of going back someday to stay at this lovely, homey, clean, cheerful, quiet, comfortable farmhouse under Emilia's generous care. She was totally available for any questions, utterly kind and gentle with our three young kids, completely generous and thoughtful when our oldest child became ill, and in short, she is the perfect host. The location is superb- within 1/2 hour of Arezzo and 15 minutes to Sansepolcro and Monterchi, and down a long, winding wooded drive - far away from any noise from the road. It is truly in the countryside, but you can still get to town in a heartbeat. We came away wishing we could turn around and go right back - and my 3 kids say it was the best place we have ever stayed. Thank you Emilia - we will think of you and your kindsness and your lovely home often!

Geräumig, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr nahe bei dem schönen Ort Anghiari und dem schönen San Sepolcro. Arezzo gut und schnell zu erreichen, nach Siena, Cortona und Assisi ca. 1 h und noch so manches andere, was man entdecken kann wie die Klöster La Verna und Camaldoli. Wer sich darüber hinaus auf die Spuren von Piero della Francesca machen will, ist hier an der richtigen Stelle. Und eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin!
Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hoffen auf einen weiteren Urlaub hier!
