About this house rental
Cocoonr offers you this charming 207 m² house with year-round heated indoor swimming pool in Saint-Bihy, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises an attractive 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Mr Cuisine, Cookeo, Air fryer, pancake maker, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with queen-size bed (160x200), desk and en-suite shower room (with shower and vanity unit)
- Separate WC
- An indoor swimming pool, private, heated and open all year round, measuring 7.5 m x 3.5 m and 1.5 m deep. Shower and WC available in this area.
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: a master suite with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and vanity unit).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: two bunk beds (sleeps 4)
- Bathroom (with bath, shower and double washbasin unit)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 800 m² private enclosed garden
- A 50 m² south/west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A second 15 m² terrace facing north/east, covered and with a dart board.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Bihy, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
