House of 170 m2 that can accommodate 12 people, with large garden, terrace, heated and covered swimming pool available from June to mid October. Sea view from the rooms and the garden: calm and rest. Beaches 900 meters away. All amenities in the village of PENVENAN (2 km). THE PLEASURES OF THE COUNTRY BY THE SEA !!

Great property with a well-equipped kitchen. Both a gas and coal BBQ provided. Excellent location and we didn’t have to drive very far to get to some lovely beaches and other attractions. Wednesday market in Treguier is worth a visit. Owner is very responsive to any queries during the stay. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a peaceful holiday location.

We are six adults and six children travelling from the UK. We found the hosts very helpful and very welcoming. The house is in a beautiful setting. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, garden & the games room. We had a great time exploring local beaches and would love to return sometime.

Our group of 10 (with 6 children between 2-12) spent a fantastic week here. The house is situated in beautiful grounds, well set back from the road and with plenty of outdoor space and multiple seating areas.
The house is spacious and very well appointed, little things like tuppaware in the kitchen and ice blocks in the freezer mean it is very practical/ holiday maker friendly.
The highlight of this property for us was the swimming pool. It provided hours of fun, especially for the children. Being an indoor pool was a great benefit when the weather was a bit changeable, however being able to open the sliding door and windows to the pool room meant that you didn’t feel you were missing out on being outside when the weather was warmer.
Jacqueline and Gilles were perfect hosts, very welcoming and on hand to help with any queries. We would highly recommend this property.

We have had a great week in this lovely house. As others have mentioned the reality far exceeds the photos! The layout was perfect for our 3 families, the toys and garden were great fun for our grandson as was the swimming pool. The whole property is very well kept and the gardens very pretty. Everything we needed was available in the house and more. The owners were next door but very discrete and very friendly. We would thoroughly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in this beautiful area of France. Thank you.
