Cocoonr offers this 44 m² maisonette with shared pool in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc to rent for up to 4 people.
It comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 26 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- 24 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: Tassimo pod coffee maker, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)
- Bathroom with bath
Outside
- A 9 m² terrace and a 26 m² south-facing garden (not enclosed) with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A swimming pool shared with the residence (heated until June), open from April to September and secured by a fence and gate.
The maisonnette is ideally located in Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Swimming and walking at the Pont d'Arc, the region's iconic natural arch
- Canoeing down the Ardèche Gorges
- Visit the Grotte Chauvet 2 - Ardèche to discover prehistoric paintings
- Hike the panoramic paths around Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (belvederes, viewpoints over the river)
- Stroll through the medieval village of Balazuc, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France
- Explore the Aven d'Orgnac, a huge cave with underground chambers

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the maisonette's private car park.

- Nearest airport: Nîmes, about 92 km away
