Casa Edo is located on the top floor of a typical Ligurian building recently renovated. The apartment has an excellent central location whose balconies offer a pleasant view of Arenzano's waterfront .
You will be very close to the beaches and in the same way you will have at your fingertips everything you need for a very pleasant vacation. This house is particularly suitable for families and for all those who love a dynamic and lively lifestyle typical of our country during the summer season.
The space (description of the house)
You reach the second floor with the use of the elevator and then you walk up one more floor facing two flights of stairs.
The 60 m² structure consists of an entrance hall, the kitchen complete with accessories and from which there is access to a small balcony. The bright living room has a sofa bed for 2 people, a TV and a dining table. Also from here you can access some balconies, one of which is also equipped with a table for lunches with sea view. The house is completed by a lovely double bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with bathtub. It is suitable to accommodate 4 people. Parquet floors enhance the apartment.
Wi-Fi and bed and bath linen are included.
Pets are not allowed.
Free parking is available on the street or for a fee in blue areas.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
