The holiday at Casa Nina can be summed up as follows: a beautiful terrace that opens onto the sea!
Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and in the quiet of the private Pineta area, this house has all the necessary comforts to spend happy hours in the company of your loved ones. In the district there is a 24-hour security service.
You can also travel with the shuttle service (for a fee) present in the Pinewood Communion to reach the town and the beaches that are about 1 km away.
ATTENTION: to register access to Pineta, it is necessary to communicate the license plates of the cars with which you will arrive at the time of booking or a few days before arrival.
The space
To access Casa Nina you have two options. Both have stairs: from the garage located lower than the house, you have to face a variety of uphill steps or from the main road you have to walk down a driveway and go down a dozen steps to reach the house lower.
Casa Nina is a large and bright apartment consisting of an entrance hall, double living room overlooking the beachfront terrace equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, succulents and bougainvillea, dining area and study, separate equipped kitchen, laundry room.
Sleeping area consisting of: a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a large bedroom with a French bed and a single armchair bed. From here you can access a nice and cool terrace overlooking the sea. A bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub.
This house can therefore accommodate up to 6 people.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Included are:
box for a car with electric opening with remote control, WI-FI, air conditioning, card (free only for access to pedestrian gates).
Other free parking spaces on the street.
It is not allowed to smoke and organize parties.
The structure complies with municipal waste disposal regulations. More information will be provided on site.
