Immersed in the green of the pine forest and the blue of the sea Sea House is the perfect property to enjoy the sea, which is within walking distance from the house, or bask in the gentle shade of the pine trees within the condominium park.
It consists of a large living area, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single bedroom (with a possible second bed), and two bathrooms.
From the entire property the sea view is total and the only sound you will hear is the sound of the sea.
There are a total of 3 balconies, one of which, connected to the living area, is completely facing the sea.
There is a large garage, convenient at any time of year and essential in summer!
The flat is located in the private context of the "Pineta di Arenzano" in the part most convenient to the beaches, a few minutes from the centre of Arenzano and Cogoleto

Arenzano has a temperate climate all year round and is known and loved for its beaches, the marina sheltered by Capo San Martino and the famous Pineta.

where nature trails with breathtaking views wind their way.
