The interior includes a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, and four elegant bedrooms — 3 with a queen-size bed, 1 with a king-size bed and each with en-suite bathroom. Outside, guests can relax on the large terrace, enjoy the private pool, sun loungers, and dine al fresco in the outdoor seating area.

Optional Combination:
Villa Hedera XXII can be rented on its own or combined with the neighboring Villa Hedera XXI, forming Villa Hedera XXIV – a spacious estate for up to 12 guests with two private pools, perfect for large groups or extended families.
Villa Hedera XXII sleeps 8 guests.Pets are welcome with an additional charge of 10 € per pet per day.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the property for you. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
