About this villa rental
One of a kind charming property located right on the water in a secluded, quiet and tranquil bay. Villa Oasis provides comfort, luxury, relaxation, privacy and views of the gorgeous landscape in every direction. Without many neighbors around you are sure to have the beautiful blue Adriatic to yourself. Two levels occupy the villa. On the ground floor is a large, fully equipped, modern kitchen with a large dining table seating 12. Here are also two double bedrooms, a triple bedroom as well as two bathrooms. On the upper level are the remaining two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, also a lounge with a sofa bed and a balcony. Facing the sea, each room allows for a breathtaking view. For your comfort and enjoyment provided are a gym, pool table, sauna, table tennis, children’s playground and a Jacuzzi. Impressive outdoor area provides covered lounge areas, alfresco dining, barbecue facilities, and stone deck to access the pool with a smaller section within for the little ones’ safety. If you fancy a swim early in the morning in the sea, you won’t go far as the access to the sea is at your doorstep.

The surrounding area allows for endless exploring of Croatian natural wonders. National Park Mljet is on the island reachable by ferry. And the infamous Dubrovnik is 40 kilometers southeast and most definitely worth a visit. Formed in seventh century and since scarred by many of its rulers today Dubrovnik displays a rich cultural history and historical significance. Protected by UNESCO pedestrian only charming Old Town is enveloped in 10th century city walls, 2 kilometers in length, in some parts 6 meters tall. It is a must stroll! Stradun, or Dubrovnik’s placa, is a picturesque street lined with cafés and restaurants, a perfect viewpoint to admire the architecture and watch the world go by while enjoying fresh catch of the day and sipping on a glass of Malvazija. Welcome to Dalmatia!
For transparency: please account for 700 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Pool heating is available for 18 euro per night. Pets are welcome upon request with an additional 10 euro per night pet fee. Please no groups of under 25 years of age. The rental of 2 kayaks and 4 stand-up paddleboards is 200 euros per week, with unlimited use included. Additional services such as a chef, extra cleaning, boat rental or excursions are available on request.

This was a magical holiday for my family, friends, and grandmas! The property was incredibly spacious with a variety of things to do, allowing for both wonderful group time and easy opportunities for individual relaxation. Ante, our property manager, was outstanding. He promptly addressed every issue we had, which significantly contributed to making our stay so enjoyable and beautiful.

Very nice, private and quiet location. The house had a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and seating everywhere both indoors and out. It was close to restaurants (10 -15 min drive) and 45 min to Dubrovnik.

We were a group of longtime VRBO guests who have been renting homes for many years in various countries. Ante, the owner, has put a lot of love into this place. He is a hands-on owner who keeps the property in pristine condition. The home was so clean and tidy. The kitchen supplies are fairly basic but Ante responded immediately when we asked for a big salad bowl and a cooler. Pots and pans are new and in great condition. New Ice maker in kitchen. Ante procured lobster and shrimp from local folks for us during the week. Delicious. The beds are new, the linens nice, the bathrooms are new and lovely and the A/C works well. Ante also offers a superb wine fridge stocked with lovely Croatian wines at very reasonable prices. The exterior furniture and the pool are fabulous. Ask for the white umbrellas in photos. Didnt see them during our stay but didnt ask either. Its hot on the coast and the shade is so welcoming. A nice array of herbs started in the new garden. Should be spectacular in the future. One of the most special features of the property is the little bay just steps away from the home. Big enough to paddleboard, swim and moor a 20 motorboat. We rented a boat which was delivered from Dubrovnik right to the bay. Ante can help with a boat rental if needed.The islands are right out in front of the villa. So many beautiful places to explore in the boat not to mention the opportunity to drive the boat to Ston and Slano to get groceries from the well-stocked stores and bakeries rather than driving the car to the villages. Try the wonderful seafront restaurant in Broce near Ston. The large hotel in Slano has a great brunch right on the water.The villa is located off (appx. 1-2k) the main coast road. Prior to renting, I asked the agent if any car noise could be heard at the property. To be honest, some car activity can be heard in the distance. However, it is way off in the distance and the location allows renters to get to Ston, Dubrovnik, etc. quickly. Dont let it influence a decision to book though. At night its very quiet and the sunsets and stars are so spectacular. Ante is a dream owner and manager. VRBO should be proud to represent such a wonderful property. In closing, we rarely write reviews but felt it was necessary and well-deserved with this property.
