Our apartment is located in the dynamic 20th arrondissement of Paris, close to many authentic and cultural places. The neighborhood is pleasant and lively, ideal for discovering Paris while enjoying a lively and typical setting.
Within walking distance, you can stroll to Parc de Belleville, a green space with panoramic views of the city, perfect for a walk or a relaxing time. The area is also full of varied restaurants, friendly cafés and local shops. The Place Gambetta market is nearby, ideal for discovering fresh products and local specialties.
Whether you are a lover of culture, gastronomy or just curious, the 20th arrondissement will offer you an authentic Parisian experience. You will find many theaters, as well as exhibition venues and artistic spaces. Père Lachaise, a famous historic cemetery, is also nearby for a unique cultural visit.

Charles de Gaulle (CDG): Take the RER B towards Paris, get off at Gare de Lyon station, then take metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes and change at Bastille station for metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes, get off at Porte de Bagnolet station, about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Orly (ORY): Take the Orlyval to Antony, then the RER B towards Paris, get off at Gare de Lyon, then take metro line 1 towards Château de Vincennes and change at Bastille for line 1 towards Château de Vincennes, get off at Porte de Bagnolet.
- Public transport:
Porte de Bagnolet station (Line 3): 10-minute walk, it quickly connects you to the center of Paris.
Alexandre Dumas Station (Line 2): About a 15-minute walk, it offers another option to get around Paris.

- CHECK-IN:
Check-in is self-service. You can drop off your bags before the official check-in time, from 11:00 a.m., subject to availability.
Services included:
- Towels and bed linen are provided for optimal comfort.
- Our professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before your arrival, to guarantee you a clean and welcoming space.
Additional services not included:
- We can provide you with a baby cot and highchair on request (notify 72 hours in advance and a supplement of 15 euros will be applied for the baby cot.)
- Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if required.
- Airport transfer is available upon request, to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
HOUSE RULES:
- A surcharge of 50 euros will be requested if you leave the apartment after the authorized time.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment or leaving cigarette butts inside. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of 150 euros to 300 euros will be required.
- If you need an extra key, an extra 20 euros will be requested. A security deposit will also be required to guarantee the return of this second key.
- In case of loss of keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from 100 euros to 500 euros, depending on the type of key.
- If you want a baby bed or high chair, it will be on request before 72 hours, with an extra 15 Euro.
- We ask that you respect the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the security deposit may be charged.
