Villa Houat can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people thanks to its 5 carefully designed bedrooms:
On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and a fifth bedroom consisting of two bunk beds (i.e., 4 single beds 90x190), ideal for children.
The heart of the house consists of a vast bright living space. You will find a large spacious living room with television, as well as a modern dining room with a large friendly table. The open kitchen, fully equipped and fitted with induction hobs, will allow you to prepare your meals with great ease.
The villa has two sanitary areas:
-A spacious main bathroom with a large shower.
-A second, smaller bathroom with a shower, located at the garage level.
An exceptional exterior
The true asset of Villa Houat is its very large fully enclosed garden that surrounds the entire property. The landscaped terrace invites you to long lunches in the sun or moments of relaxation outdoors in a completely secure setting.
From a practical standpoint, you can park 2 to 3 vehicles at the entrance of the accommodation. The house also has a garage (not accessible for vehicle parking).
