Inside, the layout is generous and practical for families or small groups. The living room offers a relaxed seating area, complete with a TV and a dining table for shared meals and downtime. A large kitchen equipped with a hob, microwave, and fridge-freezer makes self-catering easy throughout your stay. The apartment features three bedrooms: one with a double bed, a second that can be arranged as a double or twin with an additional single sofa bed, and a third with a single bed. Two full bathrooms with toilets ensure convenience and privacy for everyone.
Outdoors, guests can fully enjoy the Tuscan climate. The shared garden is equipped with seating, sun loungers, a parasol, and a barbecue, perfect for leisurely afternoons and evening meals outdoors. A shared swimming pool offers welcome relief on warm days, while on-site parking and access to a washing room add everyday practicality.
