The Space:

This apartment, located just half a block from the beach, offers a spacious layout perfect for accommodating up to six guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. Bedroom 1 features a comfortable queen-size bed, while Bedroom 2 also offers a queen-size bed. An air mattress is available for additional sleeping arrangements. Please note that while there is no air conditioning, the proximity to the beach ensures a refreshing ocean breeze. Guests also have access to one exclusive carport parking space.



Guest Access:

You will have complete, private access to the apartment space during your stay. This is a community of 29 other residences. Shared with the community are all common areas in the courtyard and a laundry room. The laundry room machines are coin operated.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled along Pacific Ocean, south of La Jolla and north of Mission Beach, Pacific Beach is the perfect place to soak up the sun, catch some waves, and take in a picturesque sunset.



You can bike, skateboard, or jog down Oceanfront Boardwalk. Crystal Pier, the historic wooden pier built in the 1920's, is a popular spot on the beach. Kate Sessions Park has a sweeping view of the city and San Diego Bay.



Trendy bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk. There is plenty to do, eat, and experience within walking distance.



Getting Around:

Navigating Pacific Beach and beyond is a breeze. Most dining, coffee shops, nightlife, and attractions are accessible within a short walk or uber ride. For those flying in, San Diego International Airport (SAN) is a quick trip, roughly 15-20 minutes away by car. You'll have one designated carport parking space, and street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. Consider using ride-sharing services for convenient travel around the city.



Other Things to Note:

Being that we're located within a 30 unit residential community, you'll get to live like a local while you're here. For this reason, it's VERY important that you agree to be a good neighbor and treat the other community members with respect. Shared areas within the community are maintained and operated by building management, and unfortunately we're unable to guarantee their availability during your stay. These shared areas include the courtyard area, the communal BBQ, communal outdoor seating area, and the hot tub. There is no air conditioning inside the unit, but we are right next to the beach so Pacific breezes keep things comfortable. The TV in the living room is a Roku smart TV. There is not air conditioning inside the unit, but with windows, fans, and the ocean breeze, it tends to stay moderately cool.



The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. However, we DO NOT provide cooking oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, or laundry detergent. Washer and dryer are shared within the community and are coin operated.
